The annual gathering of Moto Guzzi riders in Italy (Texas unfortunately) drew a relatively small crowd based on what previous attendees told me. The misty conditions may have kept the fair weather riders away. Jim Wright and I met at the local Starbucks and punched our way straight through Dallas to go south on 75 and 35 to Italy. Not my favorite type of road by any means. We ran into Sid and Stephen from the LSBMWR gang there.

The Guzzi riders are an interesting bunch for sure. That may be an understatement.

I meandered out to the east to return home over much more enjoyable market roads. A nice way to spend a Sunday morning and 160 miles on the K.
